Lay-a-way is an easy payment plan
that makes it easier for customers to acquire my jewelry,
especially that large expensive yummy piece! On this plan you put
20% down and make one payment a month over three months. All
payments must be made by check or money order. Down payment must
be received within 7 days of ordering. When I receive your
payment, I will send you payment confirmation, payment plan and
balance including shipping. If the required payments are not made
as agreed, I will return the item back to stock for resale. Money
paid towards the item will be returned to the customer less a 20%
(of the total purchase price) handling fee. Once all payments are
made the item is shipped. The normal return policy applies. |

layaway plan, fill out the order form
specifying layaway in the method of payment and submit. |

Return Policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If
you are dissatisfied for any reason just return the item back
within 10 days of postmark, and in its original condition and
packaging along with the invoice for a refund. (Excluding
shipping). Of course, returns will not be honored if the
jewelry has been altered or damaged. Please e-mail me to let
me know you are returning the item. I am not responsible for
lost packages so all returns need to be insured for your
protection.
For health reasons, all earring
purchases are final and non-returnable unless defective. Terms of
custom order returns will be discussed during the ordering process
and are not subject to the above terms. Shipping fees and any
transaction fees are non-refundable. On exchange items, the
appropriate shipping charges apply |
