Return Policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are
dissatisfied for any reason just return the item back within 10 days of
postmark, and in its original condition and packaging along with the
invoice for a refund. (Excluding shipping). Of course, returns will not be
honored if the jewelry has been altered or damaged. Please e-mail me to
let me know you are returning the item. I am not responsible for lost
packages so all returns need to be insured for your protection. This
policy dies not apply to art fairs.
For health reasons, all earring
purchases are final and non-returnable unless defective. Terms of
custom order returns will be discussed during the ordering process
and are not subject to the above terms. Shipping fees and any
transaction fees are non-refundable. On exchange items, the
appropriate shipping charges apply |
